How tubeskin came to us and where the name tubeskin came from

Tubeskin was a rescue from Boston Animal Rescue League. He caught my attention because he was lying on his poop box. He either looked very relax, or very resigned. The staff put Tubeskin and me in a room. Tubeskin curled up in the corner, started screaming, and he kept screaming in the box on the way home.
At the time, I lived in a studio. Tubeskin and I shared the same bed and bath. Sometimes he was very snuggly, sometimes he was very aggressive. I think he has separation anxiety because he would show aggression when I tried to leave. I thought about giving him up once after he bite me on the head.
I never quite sure why Tubeskin was given up for adoption, as different stories were told when I inquired the staff at the shelter.
In one story, Tubeskin was given up because he ate too much; in another story, Tubeskin didn’t get along with other house cat so he got send off. Eventually, when I took Tubeskin for annual checkup, the staff didn’t even believe that there were once a ragdoll at the shelter.
Anyway, I have doubts for all the stories.
Tubeskin wanted me to be next to him when he was eating; Tubeskin was curious and tried to approach a cat that was hissing at him; Tubeskin greeted every guest come across the door; Tubeskin even got spook by a bubble.
My speculation is that Tubeskin was given up because he was a defect ragdoll as he had very bad gingivitis and those occasional aggression behaviors.
We moved out from the studio to a one bedroom, then to a townhouse, then to condominium. We treated his gingivitis. His weight was stabilized, his temperament was calmer.
We think he is a happy cat now.
Tubeskin’s actual name is “二肥”, meaning the chubby. When he misbehaved, I called him “二皮”, meaning the naughty.
Sometimes I twitted about “二肥” or “二皮”, and it would get translated to “Twofat” or “Twoskin”. At the time, we got the play tunnel for Tubeskin and Tubeskin went wild with it. The way he stuck in the tube was like a big fat chuck of hair. That is when we starting him “Tubeskin”.
